Borrowing individual or company - must have above 2. and 3. people noted on the Rates Notice or Registration Certificate and Mortgage Statement .
Pre-Approval - Internal General Property Valuation less current Mortgage or Asset Valuation
75% on Residential (Subject to location)
70% on Commercial / Industrial (Subject to location)
70% of FLV (Forced Liquidation Value)on Assets
Term Sheet will be emailed to those 2. & 3. to be electronically signed and the Bank details to where a Commencement Fee is to be paid.
Simple confirmation form from the 1st Mortgage Holder confirming there are no other loans against the property or personal loans will be included.
Compliance
Zoom Call (recorded) with the above individual Party/ies - to explain the details of the contract.
Searches of the property and clients will be commenced including current Equifax to disclose any further funding enquiries for funding by the 1st Mortgage Holder.
Procedure
On completion of the Zoom Call with our Compliance Department.
Documents will be emailed to the clients chosen Solicitor to explain the Documents including the discretion of the extended period of interest only payments.
